Construct Perimeter Fence Project #631-17-006

SUPPLEMENTAL SPECIFICATIONS

SUP‐001 PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

Provide project superintendent with a minimum of [10] years of experience in construction with at least

[5] of those years as a superintendent on projects similar in size and complexity. The individual must be familiar with the requirements of OSHA and have experience in the areas of hazard identification and safety compliance in addition to safety training requirements indicated elsewhere in the project documents. The individual must be capable of interpreting a critical path schedule and construction drawings. The qualification requirements for the alternate superintendent are the same as for the project superintendent. The project superintendent shall be dedicated to this project only and not assigned on other contracts. The Contractor shall submit resume showing proof of qualifications to the

Contracting Officer within 10 days of NTP.

SUP‐002 VEHICLE TO BE FURNISHED BY THE CONTRACTOR FOR OWNER USE

The contractor shall provide a UTV meeting the blow listed specifications. The UTV will be for the sole use of the owner for the duration of the project. The vehicle shall be delivered to the owner prior to initial site mobilization. The Vehicle will be returned to the contractor the completion of the project.

Typical vehicle requirements including but not limited to: fuel, preventative maintenance, maintenance, repairs, and insurance apply to the UTV. The VA is responsible for damage to any vehicle caused by its own negligent operation. Submittal: Submit the UTV vehicle and accessory specifications including photos of the UTV to the Engineer and receive approval prior to providing the vehicle for use.
