About this file
This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Maintenance Support Task Order 1 under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The PWS provides the requirements for transitioning RPA organizational-level maintenance support across multiple CONUS locations, including Creech AFB, Nellis AFB, Shaw AFB, Ellsworth AFB, Whiteman AFB, and various Air National Guard bases. Key requirements include executing an approved transition plan within 90 days, weekly status updates, notifying the government of any potential delays, coordinating with the incumbent contractor, ensuring key personnel are in place within 30 days, and completing a physical inventory of government furnished property. The period of performance for the transition is from April 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025.
The related federal contract opportunity is a Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) for the upcoming competitive RPA Maintenance support services requirement. The DRFP is being issued to give industry a preview of the solicitation and allow for questions and clarification. The anticipated period of performance is a five-year ordering period with an estimated award date of April 1, 2025. The applicable NAICS code is 488190 with a small business size standard of $35 million. The government is requesting information, questions, and clarifications from interested parties, but is not accepting capability statements at this time.
