About this file

This document is a Request for Proposal Qualification (RFPQ) from Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington Counties in Oregon for Supportive Housing Services (SHS). The RFPQ seeks qualified organizations to provide service components including Outreach and Engagement, Shelter and Transitional Housing, Connections to Stable Housing, Supportive Housing Stabilization Services, and Wrap Around Services across the tri-county area. Organizations must complete a detailed service component form for each service area they wish to provide, specifying their target population, geographic focus, program approach, and organizational qualifications.

The RFPQ is designed to qualify suppliers for delivering supportive housing services to populations A and B, which appear to be experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Qualified organizations will need to demonstrate cultural competency, community connections, and programmatic expertise in serving specific geographic areas and populations. While the form indicates county interest is for informational purposes, qualification will extend to all participating counties. The document does not specify exact funding amounts, contract duration, or specific financial terms, but focuses on obtaining comprehensive service provider qualifications for a comprehensive supportive housing services initiative.
