About this file
This document is Addendum #2 for Solicitation RFPQ-115-2025 issued by Multnomah County for the Tri-County Supportive Housing Services procurement involving Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington Counties. The addendum extends the proposal submission deadline to April 11, 2025 at 4:00 PM, with the Q&A Board reopened and its deadline extended to April 1, 2025 at 4:00 PM. The document modifies the evaluation process for written responses, clarifying that all five service components will be independently evaluated and separately scored, with proposers needing to receive a minimum 70% score in their applied service component to qualify for the allocation process.
The addendum specifies that scoring will focus on questions in Groups 2.1, 3.1, 4.1, 5.1, and 6.1, which cover service components including outreach and engagement, shelter and transitional housing, connections to stable housing, supportive housing stabilization services, and wrap-around supports. The modification requires proposers to acknowledge both Addenda 1 and 2 (and Amendments 1 and 2) through the Prerequisites page. The changes aim to provide more clarity on the evaluation process and ensure a comprehensive review of proposals for supportive housing services targeting individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness in the tri-county area.
