About this file
This document is Addendum #1 for the Tri-County Supportive Housing Services Request for Qualifications (RFPQ-115-2025), issued by Multnomah County on March 7, 2025, in collaboration with Clackamas and Washington Counties. The addendum extends the response due date to March 27, 2025, at 4:00 PM, and reopens the Q&A board with a new deadline of March 17, 2025. The RFPQ seeks to qualify providers of supportive housing services, with eligibility extending to providers with expired qualifications, new providers, those not previously part of a competitive process, and existing providers seeking to expand their service categories. The qualification period will cover a 7-year term through 2032, with the expectation of another RFPQ process in FY2026.
The addendum clarifies key aspects of the procurement, including that providers with existing qualifications through 2027 are not required to submit a response to maintain their current status. Each service category will be scored individually, with a maximum of 100 points, and organizations can submit for as few as one or as many as all categories of work. The total funding for this procurement is referenced as $300 million over the 7-year period, with specific details available in the RFPQ Description. Reporting requirements will be detailed in each county's sample contract, and providers are encouraged to review these carefully. The procurement aims to collaborate across the tri-county region to streamline supportive housing services for those experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

And in attachment B there is nowhere to no reference of where to find them.

Answer: Yes, this is correct. Question groups can be found in the 'Questions' section of the RFPQ within
MMP.
10. Question/Answer Question: Does the SHS Service Component form need to be submitted with the exact template or just answering those questions with no more than two pages?
