About this file
The document is a Request for Proposals Qualifications (RFPQ) from the Multnomah County Department of Joint Office of Homeless Services for Tri-County Supportive Housing Services, involving Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington Counties. The RFPQ seeks proposals from organizations to provide various supportive housing services, including Outreach and Engagement, Shelter and Transitional Housing, Connections to Stable Housing, Supportive Housing Stabilization Services, and Wrap-Around Supports. Proposing organizations must submit separate proposals for each service component they wish to be considered for, with each proposal adhering to specific page limits and addressing four key questions related to organizational mission, equity and inclusion, service delivery, and specific service components.
