About this file

This document is an Offeror Information and Certification Sheet for OregonBuys Bid #S-66000-00013333, specifically for an Oblique Aerial Photography project focused on improving decision support along the Oregon Shore. The solicitation requires potential contractors to complete a comprehensive certification form that outlines their compliance with various state regulations, business practices, and ethical standards.

The certification document covers critical vendor qualifications, including non-discrimination policies, tax compliance, employee wage practices, and conflict of interest declarations. Key requirements include having a written policy preventing sexual harassment, not being listed on exclusion databases, maintaining compliance with Oregon state laws, and certifying independent bid preparation. The document appears to be part of a competitive procurement process with a 120-day firm offer period, targeting vendors capable of providing specialized aerial photography services for state decision-making purposes.
