About this file
This is Amendment No. 2 to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for construction services issued by Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC. The amendment, dated October 7, 2026, corrects the badge access link provided in Amendment 1 for the Central Utility Building Addition and Renovation Construction project (UIP Subproject 1-CUB), RFP No. 376508-CD. The original RFP was issued September 17, 2026, with a proposal due date of 4:00 p.m. Central Time on November 17, 2026.
The amendment requires that anyone attending site visits or the pre-proposal meeting must complete an Access Request form at least seven days prior to the scheduled date, as onsite access approvals are dependent on citizenship status and specific locations being visited. The corrected access request link is provided: https://fermi.servicenowservices.com/expert_shell.do?sysparm_sys_id=63f9f6a8dbd148104e65ff621f961975. All other terms and conditions of the original RFP remain unchanged. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by email to the Procurement Specialist, by returning a signed copy with their proposal, or by referencing it in their proposal letter. Offerors may also submit changes to previously submitted offers via email prior to the proposal deadline. The Procurement Specialist contact is Chris Daleyo at (630) 840-4256 or cdaley@fnal.gov.
