About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) that specifies data items to be delivered under a federal government contract. The CDRL covers submission requirements for the following data items:
Administrative Systems, Safety Systems, Management Systems, and Quality Control/Inspection Systems. The first submittal of these data items is required on 06 February 2024, with subsequent submissions as specified. The CDRL indicates the government will require a total of 33 copies of the data items across draft and final submissions, to be distributed to various government offices.
The CDRL is related to a federal contract opportunity titled "Technical Data Support Services Enterprise – TDSSe3" solicited by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center. This is a nine-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to be awarded within the 8(a) Small Business Development Program. The contract will cover management, update, conversion, distribution, and library services for technical orders and engineering data.
