About this file

This document is a Cost Proposal (RFP Attachment 6.3) for a state-level contract opportunity involving Respondent Services Provider (RSP) personnel and optional equipment services. The contract spans five years and includes required services such as Project Manager, Executive Assistant, Shift Supervisors, Operators, and On-Call Operators, with specific hour allocations for each role across Years 1-5. The optional services include Debris Removal System, Electronic LED Flares, Quick Charging for Electric Vehicles, Trailer-Mounted Attenuator, Tethered Unmanned Aerial Systems, and a Remote Vehicle Location Application for Motorists.

The cost proposal is structured to allow evaluation of both required and optional services, with a total possible cost proposal score of 30 points (25 points for required services and 5 points for optional services). All monetary amounts are to be in U.S. currency and limited to two decimal places. The document emphasizes that the evaluation factors do not guarantee any specific volume or purchase quantity, and the state is not obligated to request work from the contractor in any specific dollar amount. The proposal requires signature from an individual empowered to bind the respondent, with a 120-day validity period for the cost proposal.
