About this file
This is a pricing table attachment for RFP 70FB8025R00000001 (LogHOUSE II) that provides Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) pricing structure for contractors to bid on FEMA's Transportable Temporary Housing Units (TTHUs) program. The table includes detailed CLINs for transportation and staging, site inspections, installation, preventive maintenance and repairs, deactivation, commercial park expansion, group site construction/maintenance, and field task order requirements.
The pricing table is structured with base period and four ordering periods, with fixed unit prices (FUP) to be negotiated at either the Contract (CO), Task Order (TO), or Work Order (WO) level. Key service categories include transportation of manufactured homes/park models and travel trailers (with standard and long haul rates), site inspections for private/commercial locations, installation services including UFAS ramps and utility connections, preventive maintenance, deactivation services, and hourly rates for various personnel positions like Task Order Manager, Quality Manager, and trade labor rates. Each CLIN specifies the unit of measure (e.g., per mile, each, hourly) and whether pricing is Not to Exceed (NTE).
