This is Addendum #1 to RFP-25-16, issued by the Canaveral Port Authority on October 27, 2025, for the Cruise Terminal 10 Landside Improvements project. The addendum modifies the original bidding documents and must be acknowledged by bidders on their bid forms to avoid disqualification. The proposal due date remains November 6, 2025, at 2:00 PM EST. The addendum includes the 2026 Cruise Ship Schedule for Cruise Terminal 10 (CT10), documenting vessel arrivals and departures from January 2026 through October 2027. The schedule reflects operations by major cruise lines including Disney Wish, Norwegian Joy, MSC Grandiosa, MSC Seashore, MSC Meraviglia, Norwegian Breakaway, AIDAdiva, Norwegian Bliss, and Disney Dream, with passenger capacities ranging from 600 to 1,300 passengers. Ships are scheduled throughout the calendar year with varying arrival times (typically 600-1300 hours) and departure times (typically 1600-2100 hours), with some entries noting "AM PM" designations during October 2026 and later months, indicating split-day operations.

The addendum provides operational planning information essential for construction management firms to understand the active cruise ship schedule during the project execution period. The schedule demonstrates that Cruise Terminal 10 maintains continuous operations throughout 2026 and 2027, with frequent vessel calls requiring bidders to coordinate landside improvement work during non-ship days or night shifts as described in the original RFP. No pricing information, set-asides, or funding details are included in this addendum document; these elements are contained in the primary RFP-25-16 bidding documents. The schedule serves as a critical planning tool for Construction Management at Risk firms responding to the RFP to ensure their preconstruction services and project phasing align with the port's active operational calendar.
