About this file
This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, Procurement Services (DAS PS) for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Services. The RFP seeks to establish Agreements to Agree (ATA) to allow state agencies and members of the Oregon Cooperative Purchasing Program (ORCPP) to access a pool of qualified DEIB service providers. The scope of services includes consulting, training and facilitation, and strategic planning across various DEIB-related areas. The initial term of the ATA is two years, with options to renew. Proposals are due by May 31, 2024, and DAS PS intends to award contracts by service category in September 2024. The procurement encourages participation from certified minority, women, emerging small, and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses, and proposers must meet minimum qualifications.
The total estimated value of the contract is $10 million over a 10-year period, but DAS PS does not guarantee any specific sales volume. Pricing is not scored but will be used in the award process. The state does not identify any incumbent vendors or current contractors in the provided information.
