About this file
This document is a Minimum Mandatory Requirements Matrix for a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Illinois Tollway for a Retail Payment Solution. The RFP outlines the minimum mandatory requirements for the solution, including geographic and demographic service coverage, customer service and payment processing capabilities, technical requirements such as QR code/barcode acceptance and real-time data transmission, reporting requirements, and vendor/staff specifications. Offerors must indicate whether they meet each requirement and provide explanations for any not met. The RFP also includes information about the state and local contract opportunity, including the deadline for written vendor questions, which is September 6, 2022 by 12:00 pm CDT.
The pricing terms, set-asides, and funding information are not explicitly provided in the given documents. However, the Retail Payment Solution RFP requires the vendor to remit the full amounts collected from customers daily and invoice the Illinois Tollway monthly based on the pricing contract terms. The document also states that the vendor must comply with the governor's current COVID-19 protections and executive orders.
