About this file
This document is a Qualifications Statement prepared using a modified version of the EJCDC (Engineers Joint Contract Documents Committee) C-451 template, specifically for a state and local contract opportunity related to the Rosselli Park Pickleball Court Construction project in Florida. The document is a comprehensive form designed for a business to provide detailed information about its organizational structure, licensing, safety performance, financial stability, insurance, construction experience, and key personnel. The form requires the bidding organization to complete multiple sections covering general information, licensing, diverse business certifications, safety records, financial statements, surety information, insurance details, construction experience, and references.
The qualifications statement includes sections for the bidder to disclose current projects, previous project experience, key individuals who would be assigned to the project, major equipment available, and mandatory attachments such as financial statements, public entity crime statements, and anti-human trafficking affidavits. The document emphasizes transparency, requiring bidders to provide information about past performance, potential conflicts, litigation history, and compliance with various state statutes. While no specific pricing details are included, the form is structured to help the contracting entity evaluate the bidder's capability, reliability, and qualifications for the Rosselli Park Pickleball Court Construction project in Florida.
