About this file
This document is a Q&A file related to alarm monitoring services at Eagle Point and Roseburg National Cemeteries in Oregon. The questions and answers clarify that the scope includes 24-hour central station monitoring of fire alarm systems for six buildings, as well as annual testing and maintenance of the fire alarm systems including horns/strobes. The buildings do not have fire sprinklers, and communication systems are currently handled through Medford Alarm, who is identified as the incumbent contractor.
The Q&A reveals that device quantities and specifications are provided in the Statement of Work, though specific details are not included in this document. Previous inspection reports would need to be obtained from the incumbent, Medford Alarm. This solicitation is being managed by the Department of Veterans Affairs National Cemetery Administration (NCA) for security and fire alarm monitoring services at both cemetery locations.
