The statements and interpretations of contract requirements, which are stated in the following questions of potential offers, are not binding on the State, unless the State expressly amends the RFP. Nothing in the State’s responses to these questions is to be construed as agreement to or acceptance by the State of any statement or interpretation on the part of the vendor asking the question as to what the contract does or does not require.

Question 1: What is the job location of the proposed candidates?

Answer: This is variable, depending on position.

Question 2: If the proposed candidates are not available at the time of award, will the agency allow us to provide replacement personnel with similar or more skill sets?

Answer: Yes, however all labor rates must be honored for each labor category or the Contractor will be in default of the contract.

Question 3: Is it entirely onsite work or can it be done remotely to some extent / Do the services need to be delivered onsite or is there a possibility for remote operations and performance?

Answer: The SBE Admin can be done remotely. The Training Coordinator administrative duties can be remotely; however, the majority of time the work will be onsite. All other labor categories will need to be onsite.
