Federal Revenue Enhancement and Claiming Systems Support Services - Draft Contract

This is a draft contract document for the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) procuring Federal Revenue Enhancement and Claiming Systems Support Services. The engagement encompasses maintenance and development of complex application system software and databases that support federal program eligibility determination and claiming processes. The vendor will be responsible for ensuring continued operation and enhancement of I.T. systems directly connected to federal revenue claiming activities. The contract establishes the framework for ongoing technical support, system modifications, and database management to sustain DCFS's federal claiming capabilities. No specific response dates, bidder meetings, or award dates are detailed within this draft document. The contract structure appears designed to formalize the service relationship between DCFS and the selected vendor for system administration and development activities.

The draft contract does not specify pricing terms, contract duration, renewal options, or funding amounts within the available content. No set-asides, incumbent contractor information, or current environment details are provided in this document excerpt. The procurement is driven by DCFS's requirement to maintain reliable I.T. infrastructure supporting critical federal claiming functions, though specific budget allocations, funding sources, and financial terms remain to be established in the final contract version. Additional contract documentation would be necessary to determine pricing structure, performance metrics, staffing requirements, and other commercial terms.
