About this file
This document is an industry announcement from Army Sustainment Command (ASC) regarding the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) VI acquisition strategy. The Army is considering restructuring its major contracted logistics programs by consolidating LOGCAP, Army Pre-Positioned Stock program, and the Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE) program into a single, unified platform. The strategy includes creating separate contract vehicles for large and small businesses, with the large business component emphasizing subcontract opportunities for small businesses.
The upcoming industry engagement will focus specifically on the large-business component of LOGCAP VI. Registration for 1-on-1 sessions is limited to 40 companies, with priority given to large businesses. If registration slots are filled with large businesses, no further registrations will be accepted. Small businesses can attend the general session and request 1-on-1 sessions based on availability. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) will provide registration confirmation via email, and future industry engagements with a targeted focus on small businesses will be announced on SAM.gov.

The purpose of this announcement is to provide an update to industry partners regarding the strategic direction of the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) VI and to provide additional information about the upcoming industry engagement.
To align with the evolving dynamics of the Department of War, the operational landscape, and emerging technology, Army Sustainment Command (ASC) is considering restructuring its major contracted logistics programs. The forthcoming LOGCAP VI acquisition strategy hypothesizes consolidating the current LOGCAP, Army Pre-Positioned Stock program, and the Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE) program into a single, unified platform.
A key component of this restructuring is the integral role of our valued small business partners. Consequently, ASC, in partnership with Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI), intends to establish a series of contract vehicles tailored to specific mission sets. The current vision contemplates a dedicated contract vehicle for large businesses and a separate vehicle for small businesses. The specific allocation of the requirements to fall thereunder is still under review. The large business component of LOGCAP VI will emphasize enhancing subcontract opportunities for small business thereunder. Industry updates will be released as market research is completed, and formal decisions are finalized.
It is important to clarify that the upcoming industry engagement will focus specifically on the large-business component of the LOGCAP VI strategy. Accordingly, preference for the 1-on-1 sessions will be given to large businesses, with a maximum of 40 available slots. The limit on 1-on-1 sessions is due to limited time each day with the booked venue. While this engagement is tailored towards large businesses, small businesses may attend the general session and request a 1-on-1 session; however, 1-on-1 sessions will be granted to small businesses based on availability.
Clarification on 1-on-1 Session Booking:
The registration for 1-on-1 sessions is limited to a maximum of 40 companies, and priority will be given to large businesses:
• If the registration limit is reached and a large business subsequently submits a request within the registration timeline, the large business registration will take precedence over a previously registered small business.
• Any remaining slots not filled by large businesses will be allocated to small businesses on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Once all 40 slots are filled with large businesses, no further registrations—from large or small businesses—will be selected for a 1-on-1 session.
• ACC-RI will provide registration confirmation via email once registration closes.
The USG is fully committed to our small business partners and intends to conduct future industry engagements with a targeted focus on the small-business element of the
LOGCAP VI strategy. Formal announcements for these industry engagements will be posted via SAM.gov.
