| The Personnel Resource Matrix should be formatted as landscape for printing on legal size paper. Data in cells may be wrapped. Do not employ any special reduction or formatting for printing to reduce the size or font of the worksheet. Instructions and example sheets should be deleted from the completed workbook before submitting. |

| A | Under heading "Name" insert name of proposed person. (For any "prospective hires" list a generic employee identifier in lieu of name). |
| B | No entry required. Information has been provided. |
| C | Under heading "Degree" insert the highest degree obtained from one of the following: HS, GED, AA, AS, BA, BS, MA, MS, MBA, PHD or none. |
