About this file

This document contains five operational control documents for a federal construction contractor. The documents outline controls for stormwater discharges, solid waste generation, physical hazards, falls, and electrical safety during construction activities at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The controls include complying with permits and ordinances, conducting contractor training, inspecting worksites, using personal protective equipment, locking out energy sources, and maintaining safety equipment. Responsibilities are assigned and records of inspections and incidents are required. The documents will be reviewed annually and updated as needed.
