About this file

This document contains a past performance survey for evaluation of a contractor's performance on a previous fire suppression system project, as well as details for a related upcoming federal contract opportunity to renovate the fire suppression system at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

The past performance survey seeks input from a reference on a contractor's previous work installing or renovating a fire suppression system. It requests ratings and commentary on factors such as quality, scheduling, cost control, management of subcontractors, and an overall recommendation. The federal contract opportunity involves upgrading the fire suppression, fire alarm, ceiling, and lighting systems at the PTS facility located at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center. The scope of work and pre-ordering requirements are described, and responses are due by May 24, 2022 to the contracting officer at the Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration Franchise Acquisition Services.
