The Convention Center comprises 93,028 square feet with 32-foot ceiling heights and a maximum load-bearing capacity of 3,500 pounds per load point, accommodating approximately 50 events annually. The Arena features a 7,010-seat capacity with a 172.5-foot by 250-foot playing surface, 45-foot ceiling heights, and a permanent structure rigging grid with specified beam configurations, supporting approximately 60 events per year.
