Before submitting an offer, please read the entire solicitation package carefully. Return the following items with your response:
Official Proposal (Price Schedule and Technical Response) Signed SF 1442 Signed SF30s or Acknowledgment of any/all Amendments to Solicitation Bid Guarantee Representation and Certifications per FAR Provision 52.204-8 AND 52.219-1
Interested contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management, www.sam.gov) and complete online representations and certifications before the solicitation response due date.

Proposal Acceptance Period: Must be valid for 60 days
Bonds:
A bid bond is required.
Contractors are reminded that any amount awarded over $35,000 requires submission of a Payment Bond. Any amount over $150,000.00 requires both payment and performance bonds. Bonds are due no later than 10 calendar days after award. Due to the project magnitude, both payment and performance bonds will be required.

Additional Information:
System updates may lag policy updates. The System for Award Management (SAM) may continue to require entities to complete representations based on provisions that are not included in agency solicitations, including 52.223-22, Public Disclosure of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Reduction Goals—Representation, and paragraph (t) of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Agencies will not consider or use these representations. Entities are not required to, nor are they able to, update their entity registration to remove these representations in SAM.
