About this file
This document is a Notice of Competitive Range from the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, State Procurement Services (DAS SPS) regarding a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Network Detection and Response (NDR) Solution. After the initial evaluation and scoring, DAS SPS has determined that the three highest-ranked proposers, Concordant LLC, Vectra.AI, and SHI International Corp., will move on to Round 2, which involves a Proof of Value (POV) demonstration. DAS SPS will post an addendum and notify the three selected proposers about the next steps in the evaluation process, including the location, time, and content for Round 2.
The NDR Solution RFP is seeking to procure a SaaS, IaaS, or COTS solution, including all required equipment, configurations, licenses, portals, training, integrations with current security systems, maintenance, and operations support. The State of Oregon and Marion County are the jurisdictions involved in this contract opportunity. Proposers have until October 25, 2024, by 1:00 PM PST to protest the Competitive Range determination.
