About this file
This document is Amendment #8 to Request for Proposal (RFP) #S-10700-00010923 issued by the State of Oregon's Department of Administrative Services Procurement Services (DAS PS) for a Network Detection and Response (NDR) Solution. The amendment modifies the original RFP to provide evaluation criteria for revised pricing, with the three highest-ranked Proposers (as previously announced in the Notice of Competitive Range) eligible to participate in Round 2 Evaluation. Proposers may resubmit revised pricing by 5 PM PT on April 10, 2025, and will be scored based on a formula comparing their proposed price to the lowest price submitted.
The amendment outlines the specific pricing evaluation process, where the Single Point of Contact (SPC) will award price scores using a standardized calculation method. Protests related to this amendment must be submitted by Thursday, April 10, 2025, at 5:00 PM Pacific Time, following the procedures outlined in RFP Section 4.5.2. The Single Point of Contact for this procurement is Brad Wisniewski, a State Procurement Analyst, who can be reached at Brad.wisniewski@das.oregon.gov or (971) 707-1672.
