About this file
This document contains answers to questions regarding solicitation number N68335-19-R-0109 from the Department of the Navy Naval Air Systems Command Naval Air Warfare Center for an Aircraft Generator Test Stand (AGTS). The answers provide clarification that individual or combinations of repetitive pulsing loads listed in section 3.1.3.4 may be tested, the power factor for a 24KVA load is unity, loads listed in sections 3.1.3.5(a) through (c) may be tested together, and that section 3.1.3.5(d) refers to testing requirements for transformer rectifier units up to 200 amps rather than defining them as a type of DC load bank.
