The amendment maintains all other existing terms and conditions unchanged. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the solicitation deadline using one of three specified methods: completing items 8 and 15 and returning copies, acknowledging receipt on each offer copy, or submitting separate written communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers.

Response: As per 7.1 of WI 0801 " Contractor to provide an OEM authorized technical representative to Groom A/C Plants listed in Paragraph
3.1.3. Johnson Controls is the recommended OEM for performance of WI 0801 AC Plant Servicing.
PPI#12: We have noticed that numerous drawings which are received as part of listed reference in various work items are containing acronym IAF.
Expression IAF is related to various equipment and material. In received WI 0001 under definitions there is no any explanation what does this mean therefore please provide answer and guidance what to do with it and who is responsible to procure this equipment and material?
Response: IAF stands for Installing Activity Furnished. Contractor is responsible for providing material identified as IAF.
PPI#13: WI 168 para 7.13.10. stated weather conditions are not easy to achieve on open spaces during period of performance in this part of the year. MSC sometimes requested tenting or better to say encapsulation of entire area so that the proper painting conditions would be timely obtained and maintained through entire painting process. What is the MSC's position now on whether a tent is needed for these painting activities having in mind that as stated in WI overcoating intervals are critical to the application of non-skid ?
