| 16_REMARKS: NOTE: This CDRL includes Attachment 1 -- CSWF Report, which is a document maintained and delivered monthly that tracks individuals working on contract who are IA/cyber security trained and certified. For the latest version of Attachment 1, contractor shall contact the COR. Although there may be some pre-set cell configuration and/or data lists established within the template, the validity of the information reported to the govt is ultimately the contractor's responsibility. |
BLK 11: Reporting period ends at end of each month
BLK 12: Due at least 30 days after Contract/TO award date and on the 15th of the following month.
BLK 13: Due NLT 15th of each month following the end of each reporting period.
BLK 14: COR will perform inspection and acceptance and report any discrepancies to KO, SSC Atlantic CSWF Program Lead, and contractor. Additional recipients/addressees of CDRL may be identified at TO level.
The CSWF CDRL shall be e-mailed to the following SSC Atlantic functional e-mail box: SSCLANT_CSWF@navy.mil.
The document file name and e-mail subject line shall conform to the following format: [contract number-TO number]_[contractor name]_CSWF_[yyyymmdd (end date of reporting period)].
Example: N6523613D2000-TO 0065_ABC Acme Inc_CSWF_20130430 or
N6523613C1966_XYZ LLC_CSWF_20130430
** During the life of the contract, if the functional e-mail box address changes or is no longer valid, the contractor shall contact SSC Atlantic IAM Office (phone 843.218.6152) for updated report delivery instructions.
Any deviations to the information collected, distribution, frequency and due dates of reporting shall be specified by TO, if applicable.
