A1.1: Providing technical / subject matter expertise (SME) support of government activities developing and researching ideas for the formulation of new programs.
A1.2: Providing technical / SME support of government activities the developing strategic and technical plans, conducting quantitative analyses of system mission requirements, and assembling and managing senior advisory panels.
A1.3: Providing research expertise and program support of government activities with regard to procurements, schedule (technical and administrative), technical risk, user impact and technology/system transfer efforts.

A2.1: Evaluating program plans, work breakdown structures, milestone schedules, test results, contract status reports and other documentation to assess performance, report progress and advise actions necessary to bring programs into technical, schedule and cost compliance with stated objectives.
A2.2: Utilizing the DARPA or similar financial systems/processes and strategic planning of budgetary and schedule trade-off’s/variance analysis during the source selection process.
A2.3: Preparing, publishing, and coordinating Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) solicitation documentation.

A3.1: Providing the personnel and resources (including facilities) necessary to provide for planning, conducting, and facilitating sometimes emergent unclassified and classified (up to TS/SCI level) technical conferences, seminars, workshops and program reviews in the Arlington, VA area and in various sites throughout the US.
A3.2: Providing research, writing, editing, drafting, creation of graphics, production, and technical coordination to create, maintain, and update definitive documentation for the programs as required by the DARPA/TTO or similar program managers.
A3.3: Developing and maintaining a comprehensive library/technical documentation center to include secure storage for documents classified at the Top Secret level.
A3.4: Providing resource/reference compilation, retention, logging, reproduction, retrieval and delivery of both unclassified and controlled/classified documents.
