CEILING NOTES
ABATEMENT
1. The intention of this scope is for the contractor to provide all labor, material, and supervision to clean and replace any damaged ceiling tiles and grid.
2. The Contractor shall remove all existing acoustic ceiling tiles, insulation, and all other non-usable materials (trash), clean, and reinstall.
3. Prior to any cleaning, if necessary, to insure no contaminates are emitted into areas that are not being treated, all required areas and openings shall be suitably protected to avoid contamination and debris.
4. Contractor shall patch outside vent holes with wire mesh designed for rats, raccoons, and similar pests with a minimum of 16 gauge galvanized welded wire mesh, 0.063 inch wire diameter. Vent mesh shall not be removable. All interior spaces shall be covered with appropriate 4-millimeter plastic.
5. If scat is detected, Contractor shall abate all scat located in ceiling in the affected areas.
DEMOLITION
1. Remove all damaged ceiling tiles and damaged grids.
2. Remove ceiling tiles and grid around the center of the ceiling in Room 105.
NEW
1. Install new ceiling tile and ceiling grid for any damaged tiles and grid.
2. Construct a recessed tray gypsum board ceiling in center of Room 105.
3. Construct a gypsum board dropped ceiling box in the center of the tray ceiling in Room 105.
WALL NOTES
1. Selective wall demo required.
2. Contractor to conceal conduit inside wall cavity.
1. The Contractor shall field verify all measurements.
Construct walls floor to ceiling in the rooms.
2. The Contractor to verify fire alarms, annunciators, electrical outlets, etc. are not in the way where wall will be erected.
Contractor to relocate to proper location.
3. Patch areas of existing walls of holes and/or where affected by wall demolition and/or construction. For small holes, patch, sand, and smooth as necessary to blend with surrounding wall finish.
4. Install 3-5/8” metal light gauge steel stud framing.
5. Install 5/8" gypsum wall board on both sides to industry standards and per appropriate building code. Gypsum board shall be secured per general construction codes. Joints shall be sealed with joint compound and joint tape matching with existing finish. Mudding shall be applied per industry standards at a level 5 drywall finish.
6. New and existing wall surfaces will be prepared per paint manufacturer's recommendation before final paint finish is applied. Coordinate final paint color with the Government.
DOORS NOTES
DEMOLITION - INTERIOR DOORS
1. The Contractor to remove (1) set of double doors at the primary entry of Room 105.
2. The Contractor and Government will assess doors for reinstallation.
3. The Government will provide door reinstallation approval with contractor; if door is not deemed not feasible for reinstall, turn door(s) over to the Government.
NEW INTERIOR DOORS
1. Provide and install (1) new set of double metal doors, frame, lockset and all hardware at primary Entrance of Room 105.
2. Provide and install metal doors, frame, lockset and all hardware at each of the storage rooms.
3. Provide and install (1) metal doors, frame, lockset and all hardware for Room 105.
4. Paint all newly installed doors in accordance with Base Interior Architectural Standard colors.
FLORING NOTES
1. Flooring is a polished surface, remove/etch polish to ensure adhesive can be applied successfully for carpet tile installation.
CARPET AND COVE BASE
1. Carpet and cove base shall be installed per carpet manufacturer's recommended instructions. Repair holes, cracks, depressions, or rough areas using material recommended by the carpet or adhesive manufacturer. Abrupt changes in floor shall be feathered to 1/4" per foot slope with appropriate type of leveling compound.
2. Where applicable for non-raised floor carpeting, install new carpet using carpet glue. All carpet joints shall be joined and secured to the floor in accordance with the carpet manufacturer's installation specifications to prevent unraveling of carpet pile. All carpet joints shall be tight and visually un-noticeable, placed in locations that will prevent unraveling due to high traffic. The contractor shall trim or cut all door bottoms to provide proper clearance.

5. Carpet tiles shall be 12” X 36” rectangles; Contractor will receive carpet specifications from NSWC Project Manager
6. Carpet shall comply with California gold sustainable carpet standard or similar standards.
7. Carpet shall have soil/stain protection and antimicrobial treatment. Surface texture: direct glue down; construction:
pattern loop/textured pattern loop; dye method: solution dyed; weight: 28o2/sy; average pile density: 7,412 min.; primary backing: woven synthetic; secondary backing: multi-polymer backing system with a lifetime warranty on wear, delamination, edge ravel, static propensity, and cushion resiliency to also include an enhanced moisture barrier; minimum of green label plus certified.
8. Contractor to submit lay pattern for approval.
9. Provide appropriate transition strips or thresholds at all doorways, transitions between flooring and changes in elevation.
10. Install continuous 4” - 5" top set, 0.125" thick rubber cove base with no molded corners (inside & outside) on all walls and passageways. Product will be designed specifically to meet or exceed the performance and dimensional requirements of ASTMF-1861, Type TR, Group 1 (solid) standard specifications for resilient wall base.
11. Infill manhole with concrete, and finish concrete to ensure infill is level with surrounding concrete floor.
CONCRETE AND COVE BASE
1. Contractor to apply thin set micro topping concrete infill for low spots in concrete floor, sand or trowel smooth and finish.
2. Apply anti-static concrete sealant and/or polish in new storage room and electrical panel room ONLY.
3. Install rubber cove molding to match carpet cove molding in storage room and electrical panel room
4. Cut out and trench (2) floor channels in Room 105 to feed power and A/V cables to center of room.
5. Provide and install all conduit, outlet boxes, and components for power and A/V connectivity for floor power and data.
6. Data and Power should have (2) separated conduit pathways.
7. Infill concrete such that the concrete will be finished smooth and flush to match existing concrete floor.
ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Barrier-free design should be in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS) as required by 42 U.S.C. 4151-4157, Architectural Barriers Act of 1968, and consistent with 29 U.S.C. 794, Rehabilitation Act of 1973, but also meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG). Use the criteria that provide the greatest barrier-free design requirements. The soon to be released DOD Accessibility Standards will implement the US Access Board's update of the ABA and ADA guidelines and supersede the requirements noted above.
ENERGY CONSERVATION
Energy conservation shall be in accordance with UFC 3-400-01, Design Energy Conservation.
EXTERIOR WORK
Exterior Windows and Exterior Walls
1. Clean, caulk and repair existing windows.
2. Repaint interior frames and mullions.
FIRE ALARM NOTES
The Contractor shall coordinate with NSWC any fire alarm system components that to be disconnected or reconnected.
Fire alarm devices shall be reconnected as required to maintain working system utilizing a certified fire protection installer.
Coordinate any issues with NSWC.
The Contractor shall coordinate with fire inspector prior to making any changes or programming to current fire alarm panel or system installed in the building.

NEW PAINT
1. The Contractor shall clean all surfaces to be painted per manufacturers’ instruction.
2. The Contractor shall prepare the walls for paint as required:
- Remove all nails, tacks, and other foreign objects as well as patch all holes, cracks, and voids.
- Mask, remove items, or protect by other means all areas not to be painted such as switch plates, receptacle covers, and acoustic panels and replace when painting is completed.
- Protect work area from paint droppings and splattering by use of masking drop cloths, removal of items, or by other approved methods.
3. The Contractor shall apply paint in two coats. Finished surface shall show solid even color. Painted surfaces shall be free of runs, splattering, bubbles, or unsightly marks upon completion.
4. Interior paint and stain shall be low odor and low VOC interior paint and stain.
5. The Contractor shall coordinate color selection with NSWC and provide samples of paint swatches to the Government for approval. Paint shall be Dunn Edwards or similar. The Government is to decide if similar is acceptable. The Contractor shall not order any paint prior to the Government approval.
6. Interior Paint Gloss Level requirements:
- Paint all interior office walls MPI Gloss Level G3.
- Paint all interior accent walls MPI Gloss Level G4.
- Paint all wet rated areas with an interior paint MPI Gloss Level G5.
7. Paint Completion:
- The Contractor shall clean paint from hardware, glass, and other surfaces not required to be painted. These surfaces shall be free from paint drops, overspray, or smears.
- The Contractor shall remove all unused paint and stain from the Government site.
NEW SIGNAGE
ARCHITECTURAL SIGNS:
Install directional, informational, room numbering, and safety/exit signs per ADAAG guidelines and UFC 3-120-01 Design: Sign Standards with C3.
PROJECT SIGNAGE:
Prior to initiating any work on site, provide one project identification sign at the location coordinated with the Contracting Officer. Maintain sign throughout the life of the construction project. Upon completion of the project, remove the sign from the site. The project sign shall be provided at a conspicuous location on the job site where directed by the Contracting Officer.
REDLINE DRAWINGS
1. The Contractor shall maintain at the work site a set of contract drawings marked up to show deviations, which have been made from the contract drawings. These drawings shall be available for review with the Contracting Officer at all times.
2. Upon completion of the work, the marked up plans shall be turned over to the Contracting Officer. The Contractor shall mark REDLINE on the drawings submitted.
3. The Contractor shall provide digital submittal of spatially referenced REDLINE before project is considered complete.
4. The Contractor shall submit final As-Built Drawings consisting of each drawing indicated updated with all final as-built data. Refer to Section 01 78 00 for closeout submittals requirements.
5. Final payment will not be made until the redline marked up prints and final as-built drawings are delivered to the Contracting Officer.
PROJECT OPTIONS
WATER BOTTLE FILL STATION / FOUNTAIN OPTION
1. The Contractor to provide and install water bottle fill station/fountain. Final location shall be coordinated with the Contracting Officer prior to installation.
2. The Contractor to provide power feed and install GFCI outlet per UFC requirements.
3. The Contractor to ensure minimum water bottle fill station/ fountain requirements are:
a. Water cooler with water bottle refilling station.
b. Touchless, sensor activation (bottle filler) designed for easy use.
c. Visual filter monitor with LED filter status indicator. Fillsafe recognition automatically recognizes new filter and updates LED light back to green.
d. The 3,000-gallon filter is certified to NSF 42 and 53 for lead, Class 1 particulate, chlorine, taste and odor reduction.
e. Green Ticker informs user of number of 20 oz. plastic water bottles saved from waste.
f. Energy-saving feature, allowing for the refrigeration to be powered off when not in use.
g. Laminar flow provides clean fill with minimal splash. Real drain system eliminates standing water.
h. Silver ion antimicrobial protection on key plastic components to inhibit the growth of mold and mildew.
i. Low-energy LED light encourages use, assists with Filling dark bottles and illuminates in dark hallways.
MURAL OPTION
1. The Contractor to provide and install full 3M vinyl wall graphic mural or similar. Project manager will provide image that will be basis for wall graphic.
2. Mural should be floor to ceiling and fill wall with image.
3. Quantities, size, style and placement of the mural to be coordinated with the project manager prior to order and installation.
AUDIO VISUAL (AV) OPTION
1. The Contractor to provide and install AV system for the new conference room. The conference room should be configured for AV presentations using current technologies and adaptable for future IT; to include video conferencing and a monitor wall.
2. The Contractor to provide and install AV devices, equipment, racks, and other AV components for complete and functional conference room AV system:
- (2) Large format monitor 65” - 86”. NSWC will provide monitor standard, if option is exercised.
- 4-6 Ceiling mounted speakers
- 2-4 Microphones
- Video Teleconference Camera

3. The contractor shall propose AV vendor for the Government review and approval.
4. The Contractor shall provide required infrastructure for complete AV system connection.
- Create inset frames to mount a monitor, up to 90” in wall.
- Provide all electrical power and AV connections for wall mounted monitors.
- Provide conduit, junction boxes, and all components for AV equipment distribution controller box.
- Provide conduit, junction boxes, and all components for AV equipment distribution speakers to mount at ceiling tile locations.
- Provide conduit, junction boxes, and all components for AV equipment distribution for VTC equipment to mount at wall location.

This list is for general reference only. The Contractor shall verify with AV vendor and provide all infrastructure required for electrical/telecommunication connections for the complete and functional conference room AV system. Refer to Sheet E6.2 for more AV information.

Accomplish the required verification, investigation and review of the existing system(s), panels and other components of the building for its capacity to accommodate the proposed upgrade scope.
For addition to the existing systems, the new components shall be compatible with the existing systems.
All equipment must be listed and labeled by a recognized testing agency, i.e. UL.
Types, material and color of all switches, receptacles, and wall plates shall be approved by the Government prior to ordering and installation. All newly installed switch/receptacle plates shall be engraved with panel and circuit number per MIL-STD-1472.
All electrical conduits crossing building seismic separations or expansion joints shall be provided with approved flexible connectors.
Run all wires in conduit consealed wherever possible in ceiling, wall or floor spaces. Run close to structure and parallel to building lines.
Test all new systems to demonstrate that the electrical components and special systems are complete and function properly. Make necessary corrections and leave systems ready for operation.
The Contractor shall restore all damaged resulting from the work and leave premises in clean condition.
All required upgrade of the existing electrical panels, other equipment and trade systems, if needed, that associated with the scope shall be initial to this project's scope of work.
All newly installed electrical equipment shall comply with UFC standards.
All electrical cable shall be copper. Push in type cable connectors shall not be used.
All electrical wiring, conduit, boxes, etc. shall be concealed in walls and above the ceiling. The Contracting Officer approval shall be obtained should these conditions cannot be met.

ALL EXISTING CONDITIONS SHALL BE FIELD VERIFYED.
1. The Contractor shall demolish existing light fixtures, exit signs, mounting brackets, conduits and wires, junction boxes, light switches, motion sensors and all associated components for the subject areas. Remove all existing branch circuits' conductors and conduit associated with this scope back to the existing homerun from which they are fed or to the nearest remaining active device.
2. The contractor shall remove all material and devises including wiring, raceway, supports, boxes, etc. from the Government site. All removals shall be dispose properly.
3. Generate ballasts for disposal for lighting work that requires removal and/or replacement of fluorescent lights. The Contractor shall segregate ballasts depending on whether they contain PCB, or if ballasts are old and lack "NO PCB" label. The Contractor shall also separate ballasts from any metal frames or fixtures to allow appropriate packaging. PCB or suspected PCB containing ballasts shall be managed as hazardous waste which requires a hazardous waste manifest for disposal and Government signature.
4. Provide storage container/unit to protect materials and equipment from the elements.
The container/unit shall have the ability to be secured.

The Contractor shall re-use existing lighting circuits available in the room for the new lighting. The contractor shall verify existing circuits with tracing device and label circuits available at each j-box prior to removal. Emergency and exit lights circuit breakers shall be identified in the electrical panel and separated.
If the existing circuits are damaged, not per code or in other inadequate conditions, the Contractor shall upgrade existing wiring and associated connections as required per current code.

The Contractor can provide new lighting circuits and wiring per code if the existing is not adequate for re-use or upgrade. The Contractor shall provide to the Government for approval an existing circuits investigation report. The new circuits shall be provided from the lighting fixtures up to the power source.
The Contractor shall verify if the existing electrical panel is adequate to accept a new load and load calculations shall be provided to the Government for approval prior to connection to the existing panel.

Contractor shall provide wired dimmable switching to control lighting with the minimum foot candles set as the default on. That shall be no 3-way switching and wireless dimming switches installed, all switches shall be wired. The Contractor shall utilize occupancy sensors for primary switching lights to the "On" state and programmed with a 15 minute delay for turning the lights to the "Off" state. Occupancy sensors shall be the primary lighting for switching lights ON and OFF and a wired dimmable switch is located for secondary power source in case occupancy sensors fail to turn on lighting.

The Contractor shall provide general electrical construction items, including but not limited to all connections, fittings, boxes, conduits, conductors and associated equipment required for a complete and usable lighting and lighting control systems.

Provide new permanently installed LED lighting fixtures in new conference and storage rooms. Fixture selection shall comply with UFGS requirements and as recommended in the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IESNA) standard.
Provide and installed new hard wired LED exit signs. Exit signs shall be in accordance with NFPA 70 & 101, NEC & Life Safety Code.
The Contractor shall provide lighting fixtures submittal for review and approval prior to ordering and installing of the lighting fixtures. Lighting fixtures vendor is Lithonia or similar. The Government is to decide if "similar" is acceptable.
New LED lighting shall provide adequate foot-candle (Fc) level of illumination at floor level for subject areas as required per UFC-3-530. The Contractor shall document and provide field verified measurements within each space proving that the minimum criteria has been met.
The Contractor shall provide to the Government for approval a photometric calculations for normal and emergency lighting conditions. Photometric plan with point to point calculations shall shows average foot candle and average to minimum uniformity for the subject area include lighting power densities, light loss factors and elevation of light fixtures and elevation plane. Refer to UFC 3-530-01 for additional lighting calculation requirements. Lighting Fc (foot-candle) calculations shall meet code requirements and ensure it is lit for safety. List required level of illumination for normal and emergency conditions on the photometric plan. It is the Contractor's responsibility to do a field investigation and obtain all required information like ceiling height, windows, floors/walls/ceiling type and color, abstractions, columns, trusses, and others that are required for the calculations.
6. The lighting fixtures layout and lighting fixture quantities shown on this plan and on Sheet A5 is for general reference only. The Contractor shall develop and submit for the Government approval prior to the construction a final lighting fixture layout plan based on a photometric point by point lighting calculations, and identify lighting circuit connections to the lighting control and power source.
The Contractors shall be responsible for light fixtures arrangement to ensure lighting is balanced to minimize shadows, glare and spectral reflection for nominally uniform illumination. The Contractor shall make sure there are no dark spots and lighting meet the criteria as recommended in the IESNA standard. Light fixtures placement and orientations should take furniture and equipment into consideration.
Light fixtures installation shall be in accordance with NEC, NFPA, and manufacturer's instructions. Appropriate light fixture supports per fixtures manufacturer shall be provided and installed by the contractor.
The Contractor shall provide emergency LED light fixtures with emergency ballasts (self-diagnostic) 90 minute battery backup to act as emergency lights during loss of power. Emergency lighting shall provide a uniformly distributed minimum 1.0 footcandle at floor level and is subject to field inspection. Ensure new lighting layout meets NFPA 101 emergency lighting requirements.
Mount switched, thermostats and devises required observation or operation at +42", unless otherwise noted.

1. Demolition Room 105: Remove all existing CAT5E Voice and Data cables in location, and pull back to the telecommunication room. This includes RDT&E, NMCI, and VOICE.
2. The Contractor shall remove and dispose of abandoned electrical, Voice and Data cables (to include NMCI, VOIP, & RTD&E), conduits, panduits, junction boxes, and other related hardware in wall and above ceiling tiles.
3. The Contractor shall remove all surface mounted wire mold, conduit, panduit, etc., on the interior of the building and conceal them in the walls throughout the building.

1. Station communications design is based on “four Information Outlets per workstation”.

7. Keystones for VOIP shall be “White”.
8. Keystones for RDT&E shall be “Grey”.
Room 105 Terminations:
1. NMCI cable conduit to room 105 shall be ran to the designated NMCI rack with conduit stovepipe.
2. VOIP data cables shall be run to the wall mounted VOIP patch panels. New Leveton 24-port wall mount patch panel will need to be procured. Patch panel will use keystones requiring the CAT6 VOIP cables to be terminated. Contractor shall provide patch panel and keystones.
3. RDT&E cable runs shall be pulled to the designated RDT&E rack. Two new one rack unit 24 port CAT6 certified patch panel will be required to terminate RDT&E cable. Use one patch panel for RDT&E R1 and the second patch panel for RDT&E R2.
Contractor to purchase, install, terminate patch panels and test.
Pathways:
(NAVFAC Part 3, Section D5030 COMMUNICATIONS & SECURITY)
1. Building pathways shall terminate in the distributor rooms or enclosures located on the same floor as the area being served per TIA-569-D.
2. Areas above the ceiling may be used as pathways for telecommunications cables per TIA-569-D.
3. Perimeter pathway fill shall be 40% per TIA-569-D.
4. Bend radius requirements shall meet TIA-569-D specifications.
5. Separation from EMI sources per TIA-569-D.
6. Co-Installation of telecommunications cable and power is governed by applicable electrical codes and safety. Use NFPA 70 for:
-Separations from power conductors;
-Separation and barriers within raceways;
-Separations within outlet boxes and compartments;
7. Zero path separations distance is permitted when the electrically conductive telecommunications cables or the power cables are enclosed in metallic pathways the meet the following conditions:
-The metallic pathways completely enclosed the cables and are continuous;
-The metallic pathways are properly bonded and grounded per TI-607B;
8. The walls of the pathways have a minimum thickness 1mm nominal if made of steel or 1mm nominal if made of aluminum.
Testing - Unshielded Twisted Pair (CAT6) Cabling and Connecting Hardware:
1. Perform all required testing to insure minimum performance requirements are met in accordance with TIA-568-.2-D. (UFC 3580-01: 2-11.1)
2. The contractor must submit for Government review a draft test plan of all proposed cabling and equipment being installed under the project. Upon the draft’s approval, the Contractor must prepare a finalized test plan to the Government. After the Contractor has completed the installation and testing of the ITS, the Contractor must submit a test report for all fiber and copper cabling. The contractor’s RCDD must approve both the test plan and the test report before submitting to the government.
(UFC 3580-01: 2-11.4).
3. The test plan must include, along with all testing system reports, a complete project test summary spreadsheet with indexed room numbers, outlet labels, jack labels and the pass/fail status, and causes for failures along with a total number of outlets installed, jacks/cable runs installed and the total number of jacks/cable runs that passed and failed the tests. All failed tests, require the Contractor to correct the failures prior to turnover of the system. Tier 2 testing, data, analysis is required by the Government at the contractors expense if Tier 1 testing does not prove adequate for identifying causes of failures, and if the Government is responsible for paying for any repairs not within the original scope of contract. (UFC 3-580-01: 2-11.4)

AUDIO VISUAL SYSTEM (OPTION)
CONFERENCE ROOM AUDIO VISUAL SYSTEM (OPTION)
The following information is based on VectorUSA vendor, and is for general reference ONLY. The Contractor shall verify all AV requirements with AV vendor. AV vendor selection shall be approved by the Government.
Refer to Sheet A7 for more AV notes.
DISPLAYS:
The Conference room will be outfitted with two (2) 4K UHD 86" wall mounted commercial displays. The displays will be mounted at the front viewing area of the room, mounted side-by-side with the VTC camera mounted in the middle. The new front wall mounted displays will be the main presentation area to present any connected media content within the AV system.
In addition, two (2) 70" 4K UHD Interactive commercial displays will be wall mounted on the sides of the room (left & right side). These new displays be able to mirror and present any connected media content within the AV system.
The multi touch functionality allows the user to collaborate and annotate on screen. Each interactive display will have one (1) dedicated USB connectivity cable at the owner furnished center cable cubby that will connect directly to the display to allow the end user to utilize interactive touch features and document storage directly to the connect Laptop/Device.
Note: Electrical power will need to be provided at each display location.
System Elements

FIXED MATRIX SWITCHER/SOURCE:
One (1) new 10x8 All-in-One fixed matrix switcher with amplifier and control processor will be designed and implemented for the conference room. The fixed matrix switcher will consist of digital inputs and outputs (only) and will have the ability to select the noted presentation media source content to any display. The proper transmitter and receiver boxes will be selected for the appropriate design and system functionality to extend video signals to the appropriate destinations.
The presentation sources will consist of:
- Three (3) HDMI’s transmitters (1 per table cable cubby location)
- One (1) GFE Dedicated PC (Rack location)
- One (1) UC Conferencing (single output, GFE dedicated PC)
- One (1) PTZ Camera
- One (1) Blu-ray Player System Elements
- One (1) 10x8 All-in-One Matrix Switcher w/Amplifier & Control Processor
- Four (4) HDMI transmitters
- Five (5) HDMI receivers
- One (1) Blu-ray Player
AUDIO/MCIROPHONES:
Sound will be distributed through six (6) pendant style ceiling speakers and will be supported by the integrated power amplifier in the All-in-One matrix switcher, mention above. Speakers will be installed in the appropriate areas to maintain sound pressure in the room.
Two (2) Beamforming ceiling mounted microphones will be installed and configured to capture near-end vocals for Video Conferencing "over the seating areas only". Ceiling microphone will NOT be used for sound reinforcement.
One (1) 12x8 Digital Sound Processor (DSP) will be installed and configured with Dante network audio technology to function with the newly installed ceiling microphones and new A/V system. All audio signals will be process through this unit for the proper auto echo cancelation (AEC), audio routing, and sound equalization.
System Elements

AUDIO TELECONFERENCING:
Audio Teleconference (ATC) will be designed into the new system. The new Digital Sound Processor "mentioned above" will be installed and configured to function with the newly installed ceiling microphones and audio system. Both ATC and VTC systems will be designed to function seamlessly together to incorporate both incoming and outgoing far-end vocals.
CAMERAS:
One (1) PTZ 1080p cameras will be installed for the VTC and soft codec conferencing devices. The new camera location will be installed in between the 2 new 86” displays at the front of the room. The Camera will be routed to the new matrix switcher for video routing abilities for the new attached devices that will require a camera feed.

- One (1) Wall mount
VIDEO TELECONFERENCING:
One (1) new video teleconferencing (VTC) system will be integrated to conduct remote distance communication by video and audio transmission over the Government local area network (LAN).
