About this file
This document contains an attachment to a solicitation for a Multiple Award Construction Contract Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract from the Department of the Navy Naval Sea Systems Command. The attachment requests offerors to submit a Safety Narrative not exceeding the page limit specified in the solicitation, including their approach to implementing a Safety Management System involving management leadership, employee involvement, hazard prevention and control, worksite analysis, and safety training. It also requests the offeror's process for evaluating potential subcontractors and overseeing subcontractor safety compliance.
