About this file
This document is a Solicitation Questions and Answers (Q&A) spreadsheet for Solicitation Number N6339425R0007, an Integrated Lifecycle Sustainment and Depot-Level Repair procurement by the Department of the Navy Naval Sea Systems Command. The Q&A addresses several key clarification points, including requests for modifications to the Attachment JS-04 Staffing Plan template, which currently lacks spaces for personnel names, company affiliations, and qualifications. Additional topics include proposal submission procedures (now through DoD SAFE instead of SAM.gov), confirmation of the current proposal due date of July 2025 without anticipated extension, and a request for specification of the applicable Wage Determination (which will be added as Attachment J-11).
The associated federal contract opportunity seeks comprehensive lifecycle sustainment and depot-level repair services for naval equipment, focusing on optimizing total cost of ownership while maintaining functionality and reliability. The procurement covers multiple lifecycle phases including acquisition, deployment, operations, maintenance, modernization, and retirement. The primary objectives are to ensure operational efficiency, extend equipment lifespan, perform complex repairs and overhauls, and provide ongoing system performance monitoring. Potential offerors must formally request the Material Procurement List by emailing specific Navy personnel, and all questions about the solicitation must be submitted no later than close of business on July 9th.
