Can you please tell me what the historical pricing is for these services
The Government is not providing historical pricing for the solicitation sample project.
Please provide your company’s pricing for Request for Proposal (RFP) attachment J- 16, Sample Project Performance Work Statement
18 SF33, Section J, Attachment J-16 Sample Project Performance
Work Statement
We have a question regarding Addendum #2
In the RFP amendment the government added degree requirements for some of the key personnel for the sample project, specifically the field biologist/technician. This means the biologists we have on our team to fill this role, although otherwise qualified, no longer meet the minimum qualifications, and at this stage we will not be able to find suitable replacements. Will the government consider removing the degree requirement for these field biologist positions if these people are supervised by Principals who meet the minimum qualifications?
Attachment J-16 Sample Project PWS has been amended to change the requirements for the technical biologist to allow two ways of meeting minimum qualifications.
Please see revision made to Section 2.3 of the Sample Project PWS.
