We found some errors in the amendments 003 attachment 8387672_General Arrangement file while making mooring calculation report. It says AP points are different in the same file.

Second page shows us AP is 106, this page hull number is 50. but the page 3 shows us AP is 109.

Could you disseminate the unique and real AP point number?

ANSWER: Kindly utilize drawings 5763489 and 5763565 per work item 003.

Can the proposal deadline be extended?

We duly request extension of the bid deadline of USNS SALVOR (T-ARS 52) as it takes longer time than our expected to get the quotations from the OEMs for subject availability's Work Items. In this regard, even though we, upon the receipt of RFP and subject solicitation, have requested quotations to each OEM, most of them have responded that it would take more than three weeks for the feedback.

And also, we believe that follow-up procedures will require additional time for internal reporting and other tasks related to the final quotation. Therefore, we hereby solicit your positive consideration in extending the bid deadline.

ANSWER:

No. All requirements must be submitted by the established deadline to ensure the shipyard has sufficient time to procure long lead materials immediately after contract award.

NOTE:

THE ABOVE REFLECTS ALL OUTSTANDING QUESTIONS AS OF 7 NOV 2025.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE CANNOT BE IN INDIA.

ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE ELECTRONICALLY SENT TO
