About this file

This document contains an exhibit template for offerors to provide information on team composition and management for a road paving contract opportunity with the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest. The template requests details on up to five team members, including company name, location, DUNS number, contractual relationship, and role and responsibilities. Offerors must describe each member's meaningful involvement in contract performance and explain remote involvement if located outside California. The related federal contract opportunity is a HubZone set-aside solicitation for an indefinite quantity contract to provide road paving, removal and replacement services at Naval Base Point Loma, Naval Base San Diego, Naval Base Coronado and Marine Corps Air Station Miramar in the San Diego area. The contractor must furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supervision to complete task orders, which may include pre-negotiated categorized services and incidental items. Task order overheads are included in pre-negotiated prices.
