About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for a project to construct a Joint Mobility Processing Center at Naval Security Station Souda Bay in Greece. The amendment provides notice to offerors that the proposal due date of February 1, 2024 at 2:00 PM local time remains unchanged. It responds to questions by clarifying that there is no requirement for a Security Command Center in the project scope. The amendment revises the specification sections to remove references to a Security Command Center, and to require alarm annunciation of power loss at the existing Installation Central Monitoring Station. Connectivity from the electronic security system to the central monitoring station must be via fiber connections. The amended solicitation is for the Department of the Navy Naval Facilities Engineering Command for project P903.

Alarm relay outputs for Conference Room 217 and SIPR ROOM 218 will connect to the same Intelligent Controller in Comm. Room 223. A Cat 6 UTP cable must connect the Intelligent Controller to the ESS cabinet Ethernet switch in Room 223.
