This document is a post-award limitations on subcontracting report template for a Navy contract. The contractor must not pay more than 50% of the amount paid by the government to subcontractors for a services contract, or more than 50% for a supplies contract excluding materials costs. For general construction the limit is 85% excluding materials, and for special trade construction it is 75% excluding materials. For joint ventures the applicable percentage must be performed by aggregate of participants. The contractor certifies the accuracy of the report.
