About this file
This document contains a past performance questionnaire and solicitation for marine boatyard repair and maintenance support services. The Navy is seeking these services for non-commissioned boats and craft under 50 feet in length through a multiple award IDIQ contract with one-year base and four one-year option periods. The solicitation requests past performance questionnaires from offerors on up to five previous contracts to evaluate technical and management experience. The questionnaire includes sections for offeror identification, customer references, and a customer satisfaction survey addressing cost control, schedule, technical performance, quality, subcontract management, business relations and management of key personnel. Offerors must provide the questionnaires to identified customer points of contact to complete the third section by the proposal due date. The Navy will evaluate questionnaires where all sections are completed. The solicitation sets this requirement aside 100% for small businesses and is available for download on FedBizOpps.
The document provides a past performance questionnaire template and details of a federal solicitation for marine boatyard repair and maintenance support services. Offerors must submit completed questionnaires from up to five previous contracts, and the Navy will use these to evaluate technical and management experience for the multiple award IDIQ contract with small business set-aside for these services.
Past Performance Questionnare has been revised to remove unecessary information. Original Past Performance Questionnaire will be acceptable.
