About this file
This document contains a solicitation for maintenance, repair, and preservation services for a large harbor tugboat. The Navy seeks a firm-fixed-price contract to accomplish work on the YT-802, including blasting and preserving the hull, conducting inspections, repairing various systems, and conducting maintenance on propulsion units. The period of performance is from March to June 2021. Offerors must have a ship repair facility located in the Puget Sound, Washington region capable of accommodating the tugboat. The government anticipates awarding to the responsible contractor submitting the lowest price technically acceptable proposal in February 2021. This is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 336611 for ship repair and maintenance services.
