SUBMERSIBLE PUMP, AXIAL‐FLOW AND MIXED‐FLOW
TYPE 02/16
RE: The pump material specification ‐ standard ASTM A36 and ASTM A242
We will be quoting the axial flow submersible pumps for the above solicitation. We recommend upgrading the pump material to ALL 316L Stainless Steel with 316L Stainless Steel hydraulic lines to the pump.
Please note the specification calls for pump discharge vertical pipe to be 30in 316L SCH 40. We like offer the same material for pumps as well.
Providing 316L Stainless Steel for all pump materials would be acceptable, but the contract requirement for the pump materials will not be revised.
We confirm that the pump discharge vertical pipe is 316L Stainless Steel
