The base of design to be per IMC & OSHA requirement 5

5 7/13/2018 9 Part 3 Chapter 1

Is this louver screen wall intended to extend completely on four sides with an access door? Is there a need for an enclosure over the top?

Three sides are enough; this is not a clear question. 5

6 7/13/2018 11 Part 3 Chapter 1 is a service sink required in BOTH the janitor room and the mechanical room? Each janitor room shall have floor mounted service sink.

Mechanical room shall service sink, see the specification D20 for detail.

ESR, D305006 List voltage for HVAC units as 480V and the General System Requirements #3 also requires a 480V, 3 phase connection. However, ESR D50 states to provide a single 120/208V, 3 phase service and that all HVAC loads shall be 208V. Please clarify which voltage is required.

120/208 will be the service available. If the AE wants to do a 480V with 208 stepdown, that is their perogative.

10 7/13/2018 Part 3 Chapter 6

ESR, G401002 states to reuse the existing pole mounted transformers.

Provided record drawings indicate (3) 37.5 KVA pole mounted transformers with a secondary voltage of 120/240V Delta. Please confirm the size and voltage configuration of the current transformers match the record drawings.

Service has been upgraded since record drawings. Verified that service is 120/208V Wye connection. Buildings main breaker is 225A. Have not been able to confirm but believe pole transformers are 75kva. G40 states that if the current transformers are not adequate for the new design, replace.

11 7/13/2018 9 Part 3 Chapter 6
