RESPONSE

24 10/4/2024 J-1503030 We do not currently own a compactor, but we will order one if we receive the award.

Therefore, it will take about a year for the compactor to be installed on-site.

We have obtained permission from Minato-ku to handle general business waste, so would it be possible for us to bid under these conditions?

Failure to have the compactor may result in a non-resonsibilty determination. The Contractor is required to provide the specifed compactor from the beginning of the contract service preriod. The compactors and containers shall be accessible with proper transport vehicles to Waste Collection Points in the car parking lot with a pass through with low ceiling height. Refer section C 1503030 spec item 3.5, and J-1503030- 04 & J-1503030-05.
