WORLDWIDE SUPPORT REQUIREMENT
ATTACHMENT 5: WORLDWIDE SUPPORT REQUIREMENT
The purpose of this contract is to provide paint coatings and related products to the MSC fleet in a timely manner, which may require fully employing all of the Contractor’s facilities. The Contractor is responsible for delivering the full range and depth of all products worldwide.
The Contractor will be required to make deliveries either to a main port or a port within a zone.
• For main ports, the Contractor is responsible for delivering products at the main port listed (reference Table 2 for ship store orders, or Table 4 for availability orders) or any port within fifty (50) mile radius of the main port.
• Each zone includes all ports not listed as main ports (reference Picture 1).
The delivery timeframes vary based on port and type of order (ship store or availability).
Ship Store Delivery Timeframes
Ship store orders are for the ships force maintenance. All ship store orders shall be provided per the following delivery timeframes:

Please note that for ports in a zone that are not listed as main ports, the Contractor is not required to fill ship store orders for coatings, but may do so at the price stated on Exhibit A.

Zones are defined as follows:
PICTURE 1:
Zone 1, East Coast U.S.: This Zone covers all ports from the east coast of Canada, through and including Key West, FL.
Zone 2, Gulf Coast U.S.: This Zone covers all ports from (but not including) Key West, FL, through Texas.
Zone 3, West Coast U.S.: This Zone covers all ports from Southern California, through Alaska (including the West Coast of Canada).
Zone 4, Caribbean Islands: NOT APPLICABLE.
Zone 5, Central and South America and Mexico: NOT APPLICABLE.
Zone 6, Northern Europe: This Zone covers all ports from Portugal, through Scandinavia, and includes Britain, Iceland, the Azores Islands, and the West Coast of the former Soviet Union.
Zone 7, Mediterranean Sea: This Zone covers all ports from the Southern Coast of Spain, through the Northern Coast of Africa to (but not including) Morocco, and extends to the Black Sea and the Suez Canal.
Zone 8, East, South and West Africa: NOT APPLICABLE
Zone 9, Middle East: This Zone covers all ports on the East Coast of the Red Sea, in the Persian Gulf, the Gulf of Aden.
Zone 10, Far East: This Zone covers all ports from the West Coast of the former Soviet Union, through the Southern ports in China, including Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Pacific Islands, and Hong Kong.
Zone 11, South East Asia: This Zone covers all ports from Vietnam through Pakistan, including all Indian Ocean Islands and the Philippines.
Zone 12, Australia and New Zealand: This Zone covers all ports in Australia and New Zealand.
Zone 13, Guam (Agents must be used to ship to Saipan)
Availability Delivery Timeframes
Availability orders are for shipyard/industrial work. All availability orders shall be provided per the following delivery timeframes:

Please note during an availability, any additional paint orders shall be delivered per the timeframes outlined in Table 1.
Availability Main Ports
Table 4 identifies the ports the MSC fleet regularly visits for availabilities, which may request a Field Service Technical Representative. As quoted in Exhibit A, the travel costs will be paid at the fixed price listed for these ports or any location within 50 miles. For an availability scheduled in a port not listed below, travel costs will be paid in accordance with the JTR.
