About this file

This is Amendment 0004 to Solicitation N0042126R1009, an indefinite-quantity contract issued by the Naval Air Warfare Center Air Division on June 24, 2026, for an ordering period from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2031. The amendment corrects administrative discrepancies in Section I and provides government responses to three industry questions. The proposal due date remains July 6, 2026.

Key modifications include: deletion of FAR Clause 52.216-21 (Requirements) and addition of FAR Clause 52.216-22 (Indefinite Quantity), with paragraph (d) updated to allow 60 months (5 years) after the ordering period for contract completion; revision of FAR Clause 52.216-18 (Ordering) to specify the corrected ordering period; correction of FAR Clause 52.217-8 (Option to Extend Services) to clarify notification timing; and replacement of Attachment P2 (Fully Burdened Labor Rates) to remove an erroneous reference to NAVAIR Clause CTXT.232-9529. Section B pricing limits were adjusted: Government Obligation to Order Minimum increased from USD 1,000 to USD 10,000; Allowed Per Order Minimum increased from USD 1 to USD 10,000; and Allowed Per Order Maximum increased from USD 10,000,000 to USD 48,000,000. The solicitation maintains a 100 percent small business set-aside with a 1,000-employee size standard. The contracting officer is Stacey L. Stone (Contact: taylor.l.grau.civ@us.navy.mil).
