About this file
This is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) document (DD Form 1423-1) for contract N00421-25-RFPREQ-432000A-0002 with the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD). The CDRL specifies five data deliverables required from the contractor for Aeromechanics & Systems Engineering Research support. The first deliverable (A001) is a Monthly Performance and Cost Report due by the 15th of each month, detailing project status, labor hours expended, labor costs, material costs, travel expenses, and other costs broken down by project number, delivery order, or technical direction letter, with individual labor charges per employee and total material costs listed. This report must be submitted to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Technical Point of Contact (TPOC), and Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO) and cannot contain classified material.
The second deliverable (A002) is a Scientific and Technical Report (Engineering Data Report) submitted as required in contractor-acceptable format, delivered electronically to the COR and TPOC, with the restriction that the COR office shall not receive classified material. The third deliverable (A003) is an Operations Security (OPSEC) Plan with a draft submission for government review followed by a final plan submission 30 days after receipt of government comments, due 90 days after contract effective date. The fourth and fifth deliverables (A004 and A005) are Non-Disclosure Agreements at both the company and individual employee levels, required within fifteen days of contract effective date. These agreements restrict use of proprietary, pre-decisional, and program-sensitive data to contract performance only and prohibit disclosure without written Contracting Officer authorization, with violations subject to criminal, civil, and administrative penalties. All deliverables require electronic submission to the COR and TPOC within specified timeframes.
