The above tables list the complement of Contractor personnel required for each location. The Contractor may rotate (at Contractor expense) approved personnel as necessary to accommodate for vacation, sick or emergency leave purposes. San Diego and Jacksonville sites require 24 hour/7 day coverage by approved Contractor personnel. Personnel rotation is not required to provide replacement coverage during routine personnel leave at the other FACSFAC or IRSS sites. At any point during the course of this contract, if the Contractor decides to add additional personnel at any site without the written direction of the Government, it is at the Contractor’s expense and will not constitute a change in scope to the contract.
