About this file
This document contains a template for a firm fixed price contract proposal worksheet and instructions for its completion. The worksheet requires offerors to provide fully burdened labor rates for various labor categories for performance on-site and off-site for the first through fifth years. Rates should include all direct and indirect costs except for other direct costs such as materials and travel. The worksheet also includes a column for a non-performance based fee per hour.
The associated federal contract opportunity is solicitation number N00421-18-R-0017 from the Department of the Navy Naval Air Systems Command Naval Air Warfare Center for lifetime support engineering services in support of program AD-4.11.3. The solicitation amendment provides amendment 0003 and notes the response deadline is June 4, 2019 at 12:00 PM. Offerors must acknowledge any amendments to the solicitation.
