This pre-solicitation notice provides information about the SeaPort Next Generation contract opportunity. The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue solicitation N00178-18-R-7000 to replace the existing SeaPort-e contract vehicle. The solicitation will be for multiple award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts to allow awardees to compete for future task order awards under SeaPort-NxG. The NAICS code is 541330 with a small business size standard of $38.5 million in average annual revenue. The solicitation is anticipated for release in the third quarter of fiscal year 2018 and will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities. Questions may be sent to seaportnextgen.fct@navy.mil and responses will be periodically posted to FBO. Interested parties should monitor FBO for the solicitation release and any amendments.
Offerors must register in the System for Award Management to participate. Awards will be made without discussions based on initial proposals. No in-person industry days are currently scheduled but presentations and a draft RFP will be posted to FBO to allow industry feedback before formal solicitation. The Naval Sea Systems Command and Navy SYSCOM partners SPAWAR, NAVFAC, NAVSUP, ONR and USMC will conduct the competition and make multiple contract awards under SeaPort-NxG.

SeaPort-NxG Announcement #4

The purpose of this announcement is to remind offerors that questions regarding solicitation
N00178-18-R-7000, released this date, must be submitted to the SeaPort-NxG mailbox seaportnextgen.fct@navy.mil. The proposal mailboxes described in the solicitation, page 56, under Section L, subparagraph 2.1, are solely for the purpose of submitting proposals in response to the solicitations. Any questions submitted to other than seaportnextgen.fct@navy.mil will not receive a response.
