About this file
This document provides information on a pre-solicitation notice for the SeaPort Next Generation (NxG) multiple award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts. The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue solicitation N00178-18-R-7000 to replace the existing SeaPort-e contracts with SeaPort-NxG. The solicitation will allow existing SeaPort MAC holders to compete for future task order awards under SeaPort-NxG. The NAICS code is 541330 with a small business size standard of $38.5 million. Awards will be made without discussions based on initial offers. Interested offerors should monitor the Federal Business Opportunities website for release of the solicitation and amendments, and must be registered in the System for Award Management. The government anticipates releasing the final RFP in the third quarter of fiscal year 2018. While no in-person industry days are currently scheduled, the government will post industry briefing materials and a draft RFP to allow time for feedback before issuing the formal solicitation.
